Flywheel is the birthplace of BeFit. Not like, my human self, but the fitness enthusiast in me was certainly created on a back row bike in the Fly Flatiron studio. I love going back to Flywheel classes because no matter how much time I spend on a spin bike or doing planks or go running, Flywheel still serves me a slice of humble pie nearly every time I ride. The class I took with Eve was a prime example; who the hell knew I was going to get my ass handed to me in a half full class with a new(ish) instructor at the helm?... [More]

Dennis had the solution for everything. EVERYTHING! Awesome class with an awesome man. I totally approve.... [More]
Ouch. I was not expecting this lethal tush whipping at Real Pilates. In fact, this was slotted out for me as a "light class"... People. THIS IS NOT A "LIGHT CLASS"... it is HARD. I was trembling IN MY ARMS, and my ABS. Every part of my body was SCREAMING for relief. For a little barefoot class that seams so innocuous, I am just stunned at how effective this workout was....
